SATS In-Flight Catering Singapore

SATS Inflight Catering has awarded Automation Support Services Pte Ltd (ASS) with a project to modify the Pallet Handling Conveyor System at the SICC1 facility ASRS.

Several sections of the Infeed Conveyor System (Roller Conveyors, Lifter devices, Chain Conveyors) need to be raised by approx. 500mm. The work involves disconnecting the Control Devices and Motors, lifting the existing conveyors to remove, and replace the supports, rewiring of the Controls and Motors, testing, commissioning, and modifying the PLC Software/SCADA.

ASS Pte Ltd and their partner will design and fabricate the new conveyor supports, and provide MOM safety approved lifting gantries to perform the lifting work in a safe and approved manner.
